Church in San Francisco considered a living place to explore, organizes guided tours Monday through Saturday

From Grace Chapel to Grace Cathedral, this church has had an eventful history. In 1927, architect Lewis P. Hobart designed the largest Episcopal church in the city, inspired by the Notre-Dame Cathedral in Paris. This cathedral is a real place to explore: murals, labyrinth, climbing the south tower, activities of all kinds (yoga, music, art...). Guided tours are organized from Monday to Saturday. The community is very active in social justice and manages to carry its voice through the walls.

Impressionnante
Impressionnante par sa taille, située proche de Chinatown, et sur une des 3 lignes de cable car, il est impensable de ne pas s'y arrêter ne serait-ce quelques minutes. Une cathédrale simple sans trop de bling bling. A voir pour y faire de belles photos.

Superbe cathédrale à voir absolument. Il faut monter mais vous êtes récompensé par la vue et la visite. La porte est superbe, tout comme les fresques. A voir aussi, les bâtiments qui y sont attenants.
