Neo-Gothic style church rebuilt in San Francisco with many nationalities
Built in 1851, this neo-Gothic style church, a little lost in the middle of the skyscrapers, was almost entirely destroyed during the 1906 earthquake, before being rebuilt identically. It has welcomed many nationalities as the population of the South of Market neighborhood has changed. The Irish gave way to the Spanish community, which in turn gave way to the Filipino community.
