LANDS END LOOKOUT
Very popular park at sunset facing the Pacific, offering great views on the hiking trails.
At the very end of the Golden Gate National Recreation Area, it is Land's End which bears its name of End of the World! Facing the Pacific Ocean, you can walk on the hiking trails, in the middle of hundred-year-old pines and wild flowers while admiring the superb views that this park offers. You will be able to see the ruins of the Sutro Baths as well as the USS San Francisco memorial honoring the marines who fought during the Second World War. A wide view of the Pacific is offered to you. Be careful, the place can be very crowded at sunset.
