UNITED NATIONS PLAZA
Square with a statue of Bolivar considered a refuge for many homeless people of the city.
This square was created in honor of the signing of the United Nations Charter in 1945 in San Francisco, which launched the creation of the UN. On the pillars are engraved the names of the member states of the UN with the year they joined the organization. Also, excerpts from the charter are engraved on the floor. A statue of Bolivar stands at the end of the square. Although not necessarily dangerous, day and night, this square is the refuge of many homeless people of the city. The Wednesday and Sunday markets are qualitative.
