Helmed by chef Sergio Monteléon, a Californian of Spanish origin, this trendy restaurant puts Madrid cuisine in the spotlight. A fine selection of authentic tapas and revisited dishes, escorted by a comprehensive Hispanic wine list. We particularly like the croquetas croquetas de bacalao and the tortilla de gambas. Not forgetting paellas, which they also serve at many weddings. And of course, vegetables and fruit are sourced from small organic farms in the Bay Area. A Hispanic farm-to-table to try.

I was looking forward for trying this place and overall is was somewhat okay experience.
For the food, it was not bad but not great either, I will value their paella mixta at around $30 dollars but defnetely not a $55 plate, it was tasteless and bland, and a little too burn at the bottom. The shrimps looked more like an afterthought of the dish and were not even seasoned, deveined.
The space: it was a little too crowed and can't barely had a conversation with my significant other due to the large group next to us, which it seem usual for this place
The red Sandria and churros were delicious!
Overall: this is a place to come chat with co-workers over drinks after work but definitely not where you want to take your significant other to dinner.

Had a reservation. Waited 30 minutes then left.
Tried to talk to the manager, he did not care.

This was a fine place for an evening. The drinks were as expected— good wine list. The food was a bit disappointing; too heavy, too oily. Too sauced. A lighter touch with the oil and aioli and cheese etc would actually be healthier and tastier.

Spent over 15 minutes waiting for our table (which had RESERVED beforehand). Servers and staff were unwilling to let the people at our table know that we were waiting for them to vacate the table.

Why have a reservation time when they don't honor it? It was especially frustrating when La Marcha's policy would charge us $20 for not honoring the reservation, but they didn't honor ours.
La Marcha, you can do better!
