We booked the Claremont for our wedding suite and couldn't have been happier. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the bay, and the grounds had a 20th-century, luxiorious feel without seeming too outdated. Each member of the staff we coordinated with was very friendly and flexible as well.

It was a beautiful place to go and stay there before all the over bearing decor. It doesn't be long to Berkeley, it is a ALL on Oakland. Put it back to the way it looked after restoration between 1971 and when you took it over. It was always filled, lots of Great entertainment and super food and supurb relaxation. Not overpriced!
