When you push the door of The Fat Lady, you enter a very offbeat Italian grocery store. To test urgently!

When you push open the door of The Fat Lady, you enter an unusual, amusing and very offbeat cabaret: old-fashioned wood panelling, lanterns and music paper hanging from the ceiling, a life-size man in the toilets, and so on. Although the terrace is pleasant, the interior décor has been thought through to the last detail. The must: a table in the golden alcove where everything shines... The menu is simple but good, offering omelettes, salads, sandwiches, cocktails and grilled meats. A must-try if you're passing through Oakland for its decor.

Absolute gem that my husband found. We will definitely be back! We went close the closing so not very busy. Food was superb!

My burger was quite good, but my wife's risotto was just okay. My boulevardier was pretty tasty.

Overall, the prices seemed a tad high.
