For one evening, immerse yourself in the Oakland of artists. More than 1,000 people take part in this colorful festival, held one Friday a month from 5 to 9 p.m., following a different theme each time: LGBTQ, Black or Latin pride, youth, women... The KONO district comes alive with the event, which brings together galleries, artist collectives, street artists, cooks, musicians, dancers, DJs and poets. This free festival attracts thousands of people from all over the Bay Area.
