This is Clint Eastwood's restaurant. The setting is friendly and wooded, even rustic. The hunter's type with its boar heads and its frames straight out of a western movie, one would almost think one was in a saloon. A fireplace is installed outside and manages to give character to a dinner by the fire. The menu includes American specialties such as grills, sandwiches and salads as well as classic Mexican dishes. Prices are relatively reasonable. Keep an eye out for the famous owner who drops by from time to time.

We sat on the patio with our 3 kids under 12 years old. I recommend sitting by the fire!

I ate lunch here on March 16, 2024. I'll start with the most positive, the atmosphere is wonderful. The service was disappointing. The staff wasn't friendly and I had to call our waitress over a few times for basic things, water, more coffee (note: we were the ONLY people in the restaurant). The fish tacos were the worst I have ever had. The fish was over cooked, dry, and tasteless; The entire dish was bland (no salsa or spices).

What a neat place, fantastic way to spend an afternoon. It's so cozy. The outdoor fireplaces are perfect. The food was very good. The Clam Chowder was one of the best I have ever had. I also had never heard of Artichoke soup. It was delicious ????! You have got to experience this awesome hidden gem.

Two people shared one sandwich and two beers, $50.00. Ten dollars a beer is a little steep. Paying for the location is what it’s all about. The sandwich was OK. They play up the Clint Eastwood thing and that’s what I would do.

The only downside here is parking is an actual nightmare. Took nearly half an hour to find a spot before I could go inside, so be prepared for that. The parking is the reason the atmosphere only got 3 stars as it does bring the experience down quite a bit.
