This family-run tavern (Ή βρύση του Γερολάκκου/I Vrysi tou Gerolakkou) takes its name from one of the three fountains in the center of Tsada. It's worth a visit for its rustic Cypriot dishes and pleasant atmosphere. Meat is cooked in the oven in the courtyard, and you can warm up by the fireplace in the beautiful stone room. Mezze menu of twenty meat dishes(stifado, tavas, chicken, sausage...). There's also a beautiful view.
