This artisan cheese dairy is run by Ioannis Fkiaras. He breeds goats and produces local cheeses: halloumi, of course, but also anari (fresh or dry), pafitiko and flaouna, a hard cheese used to make a pastry of the same name. In the store, there's an area set aside for tasting. You can also buy other homemade products, such as pafitiko ravioli. In summer, Ioannis and his wife Eleni organize culinary workshops with the Heartland of Legends network (heartlandoflegends.com).
