This museum (Ιστορικό Πολιτιστικό Κέντρο Εθνάρχη Μακαρίου Γ'/Istoriko Politistiko Kentro Ethnarchi Makariou G) belongs to the Makarios Foundation, which looks after the legacy of the man who was both Orthodox archbishop of Cyprus, president of the Republic of Cyprus and ethnarch ("ethnic leader") of the Greek Cypriots. Photographs, personal documents, film (20 minutes), store. On request, it is possible to visit Makarios' birthplace, 150 m to the south-east.
