KYPARISSOS TAVERN
In the middle of the vineyards, a tavern founded in 1960. The food here is as good as ever, even if prices have risen sharply. Mezze formula at €20, kleftiko by reservation on Friday and Saturday, anari ravioli, grilled meats, fried calamari, but also a children's menu and exotic dishes. The portions are hearty and the service efficient, but the wine isn't great. On your way out, admire the old cypress tree dating from 1778 that gives the establishment its name. But don't go next door to Trakkos Donkey Farm, a Cyprus donkey farm where the animals are badly treated.
