We are right in front of the Puerta de Alcalá, a stone's throw from the entrance to Retiro Park - one of the most exclusive residential areas of the capital. The hotel offers spacious and refined rooms and suites, where the color white dominates. The two-story suite, with a small balcony, is particularly attractive. The spa, which is free of charge, includes a hammam, a gym, a whirlpool and four treatment rooms (massages at an additional cost). You can dine on site at the Malvar restaurant, whose terrace overlooks the Puerta de Alcalá.

Muy limpio y muy pequeño. En general bien. Impresionante Adriana que fue quien me dio a mí el masaje. A ella van mis 5 estrellas.
The decor was of poor standard. Overall the room was tired, tatty.
They changed our room to what we reserved, but was glad to leave and put it down to a bad experience.
Also, I emailed the hotel to check for our missing house keys, there was no reply.
