Hotel muy bonito, bien ubicado y zona muy tranquila. El personal maravilloso, todos muy amables. El desayuno muy bueno. Volveremos pronto!

Posizione abbastanza comoda per arrivare al centro di Madrid sia con la metro che con i bus, ma purtroppo, nonostante la prenotazione con tre mesi d'anticipo, solo all'arrivo ci è stato comunicato che il riscaldamento non funzionava da svariati giorni e che se volevamo potevamo disdire seduta stante rivolgendoci altrove, cosa improbabile in un weekend di festa. Comportamento estremamente scorretto!
