It's in the great parks of the capital where you can exercise and relax. At the Retiro, you can go jogging, rollerblading, cycling and boating. At the Casa de Campo, which can be flown over by cable car, you can go jogging and swim in the open swimming pool in the summer, while you can also sweat in the south of the city by doing sports along the Manzanares River

What's very local

You obviously have to choose your side and your football club: Real or Atletico? Then we don't miss a single game and we hate Barcelona. On Sundays, we go green in the parks to recover from our salsa night

If you want to hear the Champions League anthem in the stands of the Bernabéu or Cívitas Metropolitano, it is best to get in advance.
