Schade gibt es nur 5 Sterne zu vergeben…????, aber hier stimmt einfach alles! Top Service und super leckeres Essen. Das Bistecca einfach grossartig und die frittierte Artischocke unbedingt probieren!

Storico ristorante del centro romano. Rinnovato sia nel menu che nell'arredo. Ottima la saletta di fronte all'ingresso con un solo tavolo per 8/10 persone per poter parlare senza rumore altrui. Tutto buono, piatti e servizio!

That sent us to eat there.
We hadn’t reserved a table but put us at one since that had many empty.
First of all the waiter ( a young guy mx 30 years old )was remarkable ,polite and happy.
The pasta wasn’t cooked correctly so half of it was hard to chew.
The steak had a chunk in the middle which made half of the steak inedible.
The bread ( just out of the oven ) was amazing one of the best I have eaten in my life.
I believe there are many other traditional trattorias to visit.

Delicious spot for dinner. Visiting from out of town and this felt like a more local place. The staff were very nice and welcoming. I would recommend to a friend and go back here when I am back

Sono decenni che Settimio delizia???????? i romani e i tanti turisti che lo frequentano e in questi decenni si è evoluto da semplice trattoria Romana a solidissimo ristorante.????
Il locale è molto carino (bonus per la saletta riservata all'ingresso), rinnovato, con un servizio cortese, professionale ed efficiente!❤️‍????
Tutto quello che mangerete è buono o molto buono???????? a partire dall' eccellente pane fatto in casa!
L'ampia alternativa tra piatti di terra e piatti di mare si fonda su ottime materie prime (con particolare attenzione a carni selezionate).
In sintesi: Settimio è un ristorante veramente buono, una sicurezza!⚔️???? Prezzi medio alti in coerenza con la crescita della proposta offerta ai propri affezionati clienti!????

Was recommended by a local friend and definitely worth it. I had the Risotto alla Milanese with ossobuco and was just amazing. Service is on point and so is the wine.

Simply wow! Across the board a wonderful experience. The service was superb even working through some language barriers. We had several pasta dishes, steak, pulpo, and osso bucco along with excellent Sicilian wine.

We keep returning to the restaurant when in Rome. Two times in 2017, once in 2019 and this week . Repeatedly excellent food, attentive and friendly service, informal atmosphere. I am of the impression this is the place where Romans go for a good meal.

Nous allons à ce restaurant depuis plusieurs années. La cuisine est toujours très bien et le service très sympathique et efficace. Le problème est avec les précautions Covid. Car il n’y avait pas de table disponible dehors, on était à l’intérieur. Au moment de notre départ (heureusement) un groupe familial d’à peu près 25 personnes est arrivé. Distanciation sanitaire oubliée, masqués oubliés. Nous sommes partis très rapidement, mais j’ai exprimé mon inquiétude pour les serveurs avec une telle groupe dans une pièce fermée. Juste pas responsable.
