Boutique-hotel designed and furnished with welcoming spaces and luxury services.
Palazzo Baj, in Trastevere, opened its doors a few years ago. A guesthouse that presents itself as a boutique hotel, designed and furnished to satisfy the most demanding clientele. The elegantly contemporary restructuring highlights the original walls and makes the spaces welcoming, with luxury services. Particular attention has been paid to the decoration and lighting, which sets each room apart from the others. A small lounge with bar is available to guests.

. Quando torneremo a Roma sicuramente torneremo qui. Meglio di così..

Over hyped views for a set of apartments on the first floor. That said, lovely rooms in a perfect location. Sound proof windows so no issues with sound or light. Honestly appreciated the hands off reception, felt more like an ad hoc apartment than a hotel but with amenenties of a hotel, and when we needed it always had instant help on the phone. Would stay here again.

The guesthouse is located in a dirty old building that does not feel safe at all! The city view is a petrol station, so close you can’t open window as the rooms are located on mezzanine level according to manager but reality it is a street level so everyone can see you in the room. The noise is so horrible that forget about opening windows.
I have booked a superior suite which turned out to be a small room.
I have asked several times a house keeping person when will I see manager and all I heard was maybe she will be in tomorrow.
When I complained to a manager (who does not exist in my view) through platform I booked the room, the manager got back to me saying she has provided a cot for my baby (which I did not ask for), that there were noise complaint about my baby etc. Of course, baby laugh & talk etc. and I have booked a superior suite which in my view should have a kitchen not a sharing kitchen. This place is so small that even if adults are talking you will hear them.
The daily baked good have not been changed for 2 days and they were some horrible pastries from the plastic (I saw them stored in the fridge).
The only good thing about this place is a location - close to everything, otherwise this place should be re-advertised and offered for half price. Definitely not worth the price they offer this place for.
Please see my photos with the view from the room, entrance, outside the building and decide for yourself.
Stay away, stay away!
