It would be a good hotel if it was not for the non-Italian, non-European employees who can barely speak Italian and at times speak in their own dialect between them, giving you the impression that you have landed in another continent and country that is not Italy. An hotel at that price should give you a full immersion in the Italian culture. Wifi is slow in the two rooms where I stayed.

I can't say enough about the team at Chapter Roma. We were in a pinch and they ensured we had a safe room for our family. They are easy to work with, helped set up a bed for our daughter, and I could tell, genuinely cared for our comfort. Will definitely be back!
