It would be a good hotel if it was not for the non-Italian, non-European employees who can barely speak Italian and at times speak in their own dialect between them, giving you the impression that you have landed in another continent and country that is not Italy. An hotel at that price should give you a full immersion in the Italian culture. Wifi is slow in the two rooms where I stayed.

I can't say enough about the team at Chapter Roma. We were in a pinch and they ensured we had a safe room for our family. They are easy to work with, helped set up a bed for our daughter, and I could tell, genuinely cared for our comfort. Will definitely be back!

Recently stayed here on a trip to Rome, hotel is well located and by a bust stop which you can use to get to the train station to use the train to the airport. (approx 30mins away). Receptionists were all good, hotel is modern but rustic. Room was large and beds very comfortable. Bathroom was good. Free wifi and safe in the room.

I want to say a huge thank you to the team at Chapter Roma. Arianna and the reception team were so helpful and went above and beyond to help me suprise my fiancée with beautiful flowers and champagne in our room upon arrival to assist with my proposal. Their service was top class.

The hotel itself is fantastic, our room was perfect- spacious, clean, stylish. The bar and restaurant offer great food and drink, and in a fantastic location. I can’t recommend Chapter Roma enough.

We had a wonderful stay for our anniversary. All of the staff were helpful, polite and friendly. The location is great and all the main sites are in walking distance. The room was stylish and comfortable - thank you for the upgrade!

Expérience exceptionnelle sur les toits de Rome dans un environnement au caractère unique et à l’emplacement privilégié. L’art contemporain investit ce palais Romain où l’attention et le professionnalisme des employés n’ont d’égal que le bon goût de son aménagement. Installés chaleureusement sur son rooftop à l’occasion d’un dîner d’anniversaire, les heures ont file sans nous avertir. Matteo en charge du service, nous comblait de délicieux cocktails et plats mexicains, les souhaits étaient remarqués et réalisés avant qu’on ne finisse de les formuler. La guest relation manager, Marie Anne, coordonne le tout dans la langue qui est la vôtre, énergiquement avec esprit, humour et sens du détail. Je recommande vivement ce lieu et remercie encore toute l’équipe pour ce beau moment!
