A vast palace with a beautiful facade, on one of the most beautiful squares in the city centre. Bernini Bristol is the benchmark for luxury hotels in Rome. Inside, it has all the standing of a very large 5-star house, both in terms of reception and the facilities on offer. The 127 rooms and suites have a contemporary and refined decoration, with a touch of baroque reminiscent of Bernini. The hotel's rooftop offers a splendid view, there is an elegant gourmet restaurant. A spa is also located inside the hotel.

La terrazza panoramica merita tanto, anche il personale molto cortese, sorridente e paziente, disponibilissimo.

Everything is exquisite. It is truly a 5-star experience. The price is reflective of the service and class you can expect from this hotel. The staff is incredible and sophisticated in every sense.

We stayed the night before going home. We got upgraded room since we had Marriott Bonvoy status, and the room was fantastic. A bathtub in the room! Modern, clean, spacious room.
The location was great and staff were friendly and professional. The rooftop bar has a lovely view of Rome.

They switched off room lights right before ten mins of our check out.
I had two kids, but this has never happened with me anywhere else. It was kind of strange as I did requested them to switch on the lights but the never did. Rest of the things were top notch

The positive is the reception very great people specially Danilo (even though he is new. He is a great person and very helpful)
I was going to put 3 stars for the room quality, but then I realized this is a “five star” hotel. I put my review to a two star. The rooms here leave a lot be desired. It is a very normal hotel room if you have A/C in your room (apparently a five star hotel cannot have that in all its rooms)
Apparently one half of the hotel rooms have an old A/C unit that only handles heating. This is what the staff told me. I had to have a very small fan brought into my room
Long story short, the location is definitely great, but you can save yourself a lot of money by getting something else near by. Not worth your hard earned money…
