Nous avons rapporté son attitude à l’accueil, résultat : aucune considération à notre égard, didn’t care at all !!!

We stayed over new years 2024 and the weather was cold. The place has no heat anywhere in the building. We had to check out early and the hotel would not give us a refund. We had Condo 410 and it was ok. The room smelled wierd and was really old. They tried to dress it up with modern furniture but the place was probably from the 50s. The main areas were really dated and the elevator was super slow. The gym was closed for construction. Overall, the place runs like a cheap, very old hotel maximizing on location. The pool was nice. The bar was way over priced and the drinks were not good.

No need to go anywhere but here on a Miami vacation.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. We purchased the eclipse package and now I’m wondering why; absolute disappointment. We went to the bar area “Plat 99” for the $25 per person buffet that was over an hour late and turned out to be a dessert bar with cookies and some cheese. I truly regret coming to this pretentious establishment and the guy they call the “Chef” should be ashamed of himself. The parking was over $40 for 24 hours. I do NOT recommend this hotel overpriced hotel. By the way, The Alexander Hotel did not offer its normal military discount because we bought the eclipse package. Absolute letdown! Stay away from this gyp joint!

The actual location of the hotel was great. That was about it. The hotel staff were terrible. I wish I read the reviews closer before booking. The room was fitly. The floor was pealing up. The chairs and sofa were dirty. There were no paper towels or trash bags. No broom or any cleaning supplies. The tub was dirty. The front desk was no help. In order to get anywhere you needed to the elevator. At times you needed to wait up to 30 minutes to get an available ride. The beach was beautiful and the pool area was nice. There are so many hotels in this area there is no reason to stay here.

From the staff to the condo, everything was absolutely perfect! Thank you so much.
The cost was a little much though but I stayed during Miami music week/Ultra weekend and booked the day before. So maybe it is worth the price other times.

We had a great stay! The room was nice, nothing fancy but it was comfortable enough and clean. The ocean views and pool/beach really made this place fantastic!

I’ve never been disrespected so much like last night at this place . There was a heavy storm and raining so much . Valet is terrible . They told me to park my car under the rain and walk while I had a lot of groceries in my car . These people humiliate me as a person plus they robbed my umbrella ( very important family member gave me this one as a gift and is very valuable for me ). They bullied me and lied to me . “Oh we don’t have any umbrella just by another one “( laughing all the time at my face ) .

“Oh really you need an umbrella when is raining?”

These people are complete bullies!

The Reception area is lovely, the room we had was a managed suite #607, it was poorly maintained, cable TV had two channels with high levels of pixelation. Mould in bathroom. A sadly neglected room. Very different to the photos provided. Bait and switch comes to mind

The front desk staff, valet parking staff, and coffee shop staff were all very good. The security team and the verbal policies, however, made this trip miserable. Despite needing to walk through the pool area to get out to the beach, they refused to allow you to carry a bottle of water with you. Additionally, despite specifically asking the staff at the towel station at the pool if we could carry the towels up to our room and back down again and being told that this was allowed, we were aggressively confronted by the security person and told we could not. When we expressed confusion and explained what the other property staff had told us, he got very upset and threatened to throw us out! Over a towel! The only reason we even wanted to bring the towels with us was because the day before they ran out and it was over 2 hours of waiting for a towel. We were not the only ones surprised by these policies. Several other families were expressing their discontent over the these issues and the rudeness of their security team. Many expressed they would not stay there again. We will not either. Too many choices for places with just as good a location and view. These are 2 and 3 bedroom units with full kitchens. So it is reasonable to assume that people will have their own food.

I don't like posting or sharing information, but this time I do need to say something. The whole unit is old and out dated. Electric circuits are fried and don't fit your standard plugs. Showers old, tiles are nasty, moldy. I used their old vacuum (90's) that barely picked up sand to clean, but had to use it to cleanup. Had tiny little bugs on the counter that were hungry for our food. The couches were loose about to fall apart. Could have got better ones at the salvation army, at least sturdier. Security guard stopped my 10 year old kid from going to our room because the left his shoes at the pool, and wanted to him to go back. Same guy stopped me for having fruit and water and insisted I find another way (outside) to walk instead of through the hotel... really!!?? Ok. Elevator sucks... yes, believe the other reviews that say the same about it. Took forever, cross your fingers it's just a few minutes. Other than that, it's a really beautiful location, kids enjoyed the pool, and running the board walk was really nice.

Mostly bad experience. The level of service was terrible. They had the hardest time providing towels for the pool/beach which as a beach resort is ridiculous. The building is old and outdated.

My family and I stayed in room 1616 , and I have to say, the review below by Jodi is preposterous. This unit is beautiful and comfortable and clean. Is it absolutely perfect? Maybe not. But no hotel or Airbnb is. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable there is a beautiful full kitchen nice large dining area and a porch with gorgeous views of the ocean, the creek, and also Biscayne bay. Seriously, I think it is perspective,is the glass half empty or half full..I would see definitely stay here again!

This place overall is terrible if you expect any kind of service. They seem to have a hard time providing basic things like towels for the pool and beach. I think it’s a horrible place and would never return
