The Chesterfield has nothing English with its lounge and modern with its African influences, all in a safe and refined taste. 50 impeccable rooms, the most beautiful and most expensive, the rooftop penthouse with a private terrace, Jacuzzi and its huge living room. The place is sometimes a bit noisy because of the music started in the evening when the bar starts serving the aperitif, offered to hotel guests between 19 h and 20 h. Also a shuttle service from the free airport.

Hotel just one block from the Beach and a lot restaurant the GM was so nice let us check in early and give us a free upgrade, if you go to South Beach this pleace will be the best option, thank you Guillermo we will back soon.

Tried to immediately charge my card over $100 more immediately after booking. They will try to scam you out of more money and play dumb when you call them. I have screenshots of my checkout total and after I put it my card details and submitted payment, they tried to charge my card $100 more without updating the total. Do not trust them with your credit card.

Expérience atroce. Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel qui paraissait très beau en photo. La réalité est toute autre. Les équipements sont bien mais la douche est en réalité rafistolé. Les stores qui servent de rideaux sont déchirés et cassés. Et pour terminer le tout: Il a plu dans la chambre, ce qui nous a réveillé au milieu de la nuit. Le lendemain matin, nous sommes allez signaler ce problème à la réception. (Nous avons attendu le lendemain car nous sommes polies). Ils n'ont rien fait si ce n'est nous prendre pour des gens stupides. Ils n'ont rien réparé et ne nous ont pas proposé de changer de chambre rien. Nous sommes resté dans cette chambre inondé. Une honte !

Solo una stella per la posizione che era vicino al mare. Il resto ZERO. Sono andata 3 giorni con la mia migliore amica per rilassarci. Ma era meglio se non fossimo andate. Il primo giorno attesa per il check-in e nemmeno i bagagli non hanno accettato di tenere così noi almeno andavamo al mare. Vabbè. Abbiamo voluto poi riposarci prima di andare a cena ma non siamo riuscite perché l’albergo ha un bar e tengono la musica alta. E se non bastasse la notte non siamo riuscite a dormire perché c’era gente fino alle 5 am che parlava al bar con voce alta e la musica alta. Tutta la notte a segnalare ma nessuna soluzione.
Il secondo giorno abbiamo aspettato che ci cambiassero la stanza( ci hanno fatto attendere di nuovo) e metà giornata anche lì sprecata.
Pomeriggio tardi abbiamo avuto un appartamento “PRIVE” tutta bella ma…peccato che avevano fumato dentro e nonostante la pulizia l’odore del fumo era forte. Da lì ci hanno spostate nel albergo precedente e finalmente in una stanza dove non si sentiva il rumore del bar. Ma oramai avevano finito i nostri 3 giorni di “riposo”. Per cui NON CONSIGLIO ASSOLUTAMENTE questo albergo. NEVER
