The Chesterfield has nothing English with its lounge and modern with its African influences, all in a safe and refined taste. 50 impeccable rooms, the most beautiful and most expensive, the rooftop penthouse with a private terrace, Jacuzzi and its huge living room. The place is sometimes a bit noisy because of the music started in the evening when the bar starts serving the aperitif, offered to hotel guests between 19 h and 20 h. Also a shuttle service from the free airport.

Disappointed about this hotel. I reserved a 2night stay for my husband last night… he spent about 2 hours in there and then he left to another hotel.
1. The check in was a terrible experience.
2 .Room dirty
3. Sheet dirty with dead flies and hairs ????
4. Animals everywhere in the room
5. Staff useless.

The rooms are ok .. some have horrible views and not cleaned well with cheap beds the the hallways are like a old motel...they also use more than one building that is not the main hotel in the photos... which I believe is misleading and not fair.

So this hotel needs to not even be present. First of all I booked on line before I came they charged me $500 and some change. I got here last night and the lady charged me another $268 talking about reservation fee that I will get back in 2 weeks yea ok! So I get to my room it stinks the room don’t even have a phone in it. The sink in the bathroom is made like a bowl so when the water is running water spills all over the sink onto the floor the tub has black moldy spots in it. I am currently looking for another hotel now because as I type I’m sitting in this one still smh every where else is booked up! I want a full refund I am trying to contact the manager as well and there is no room service they literally only had two towels in the bathroom I asked for towels and the lady looked at me like I was stupid or something SOMEBODY IS GOING TO REFUND ME MY MONEY!!!! Oh don’t let me forget the tv speaker is HORRIBLE! And upon arrival waited 30 minutes until we were checked in

Overall we had a wonderful stay here.

But to note upon check in we were met by a woman at the desk who appeared to hate her job and was quite frankly rude. Didn’t catch her name but she should definitely have some training in customer service relations and communication skills.

Everything else went amazing there was a nice gentleman who got us towels for the beach and gave us a late check out.

They also give you a complimentary drink (1 per room) at the bar between the hours of happy hour.

Room was immaculate. Shower water was very hot which was a plus for us. All the toiletries you need.

There was a mini bar in the room that you could avail of if you wanted. Prices weren’t too bad either.

Hotel was in the middle of everywhere you’d want to go. Overall it was perfect.

Would be 5 stars only for the rudeness on checkin.
