This is Collins Avenue's trendy hotel. Once again, it is the black that dominates here. The atmosphere is resolutely Asian and Zen. The staff is very friendly and friendly with a dark tunic tunic. Our preference goes to The Restaurant, whose chef, Matthias Gervais, is nice; the dishes he with breathe Provence and Italy… We recommend the octopus of "Polpo St Tropez" and serve the grapefruit moss. . Finally, do not hesitate to test the cocktail house cocktails, the Chilly Martini Martini is a small wonder!
