RESTAURANT LA BORIE
Below the Chapelle chapel, the La Borie restaurant enjoys an exceptional setting at 979 metres. It is an old, beautifully renovated building. In full nature, bordered by the Loire and protected by the volcanic juices, the places are conducive to calm and change. Pascal Van de Casteele offers traditional local cuisine, simple but refined, with emphasis on local products and producers: cattle of Retournac, deer of Meygal, trout of Vourzac, lenses, blue of Yssingeaux… Groups are especially welcome for a banquet or family meal, they have two magnificent capacity rooms for up to 110 guests, as well as a equipped seminar room for 25 people. For all these events, they design special menus and assembled parts, brioches, biscuits of Savoy are also home made. A nice address!
