I have edited this since originally written, as the day I left that evening I realised I had left something behind. Despite emailing them that same day and again 2 days later there has been no response, so very disappointed in that. I'm unable to go back. :( For a 2 * it wasn't bad. Clean and our king size bedroom was a generous size. The small pool seemed nice. The ladies (one in particular, I think she was the manager) at reception were very helpful, up until I lost my possession!

This room was definitely not in the condition to charge the ridiculous amount they charged! I'm assuming they can get away with it because of the lack of choices in Everglades City. Don't let the photos they posted online fool you.

This was our first stay at The Ivy House facility. It was great. We will surely stay here again.

This is the second time staying here in the last 9 months, the property has turned out amazing the service and employees are all top notch
people . Hurricane Ian hit this little community very hard but the resilience of the town and hard work it is turning into a place we are thinking of moving to . Love the people places and the beauty of the Everglades. Planning on making another trip to Ivey House in June .

Convenient location to visit local parks. Hotel is older and a bit worn. No breakfast available and no luggage carts. Rooms were dated but housekeeping did excellent job keeping things spotless.

Rooms are clean and well equipped due to recent refurbishment. Nice bathroom, comfy beds, coffee maker, fridge, and microwave. Decent channel selection (but not HD). Very good value as well.

We stayed in room #30 on 1/23/23. The room was reasonably clean. At some point, someone with limited construction skills started remodeling the room. The plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting work needs to be finished. The furnishings appear to be nearing the end of their life cycle. The staff we had contact with were polite, friendly, and helpful. The pool area is nice.

We enjoyed our stay here, the rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly. The furniture was comfy and plenty of room for our fishing gear!

Rooms were new and decent. Walls are paper-thin. I ended up next to a couple celebrating their honeymoon so you can imagine how that played out. The hotel charged me twice for the same room and it has been a nightmare trying to get them to fix it. At first they were like, ok we'll take care of it and contact you back, but to my dismay they have ghosted me since. Two follow up attempts to contact them back and still no response. Patiently waited for 30 days and still nothing. Rooms are nice but service sucks in my opinion. There are a couple other options in the tiny city that provide excellent service...

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Hotel! Wir waren in dem moderneren Teil untergebracht, hier war alles top modern und wie neu!
Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und das Bett super bequem. Alles war super sauber und mir gefiel das Design sehr gut. Die Klimaanlage war ziemlich leise und funktionierte einwandfrei.
Die Damen am Empfang waren super herzlich und nett, wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt.
Der Pool war sehr schön und sauber.
Die Lage ist super und man kann kostenlos parken.
Insgesamt auf jeden Fall eine Weiterempfehlung!

Hôtel très agréable dans un endroit charmant. La chambre est bien agencée pour une famille de 4 avec un très grand lit (nous y avons dormit a 3 avec notre fille de 5 ans) et un canapé lit pour notre fils de 16 ans (matelas pas top). SDB bien, piscine petite mais sympa. Parking devant les chambres.
