Florida, an Eldorado for French chefs? In any case, it is a little piece of Lorraine that we find here on Marco Island, in this restaurant run by chef Denis Meurgue, named in the top 10 best chefs in South Florida. In a warm and cozy setting or on the terrace facing the water, you can start your meal with a homemade pâté de campagne followed by a rack of lamb à la Provençale. For a sweet note, we recommend the lavender crème brulée, or more locally, Josephine's New Orleans-style beignets.
