The recently renovated hotel enjoys a particularly pleasant location, overlooking the bay of Sarasota and steps from the most lively streets. The rooms are very comfortable and well equipped. The same quality of service is available as in all the hotels in the chain. On-site: Swimming pool, Jacuzzi, gym, private marina with various possibilities for nautical activities, Spa, business center, bicycle rental. Possibility to transfer from airport to minibus.

As a Senior Sales Executive with a demanding travel schedule, finding accommodations that complement my active lifestyle is paramount. My recent stay at the Hyatt Regency Sarasota was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with genuine hospitality and a sense of warmth that set the tone for an unforgettable experience.

The rooms were impeccably clean and tastefully decorated, offering a serene retreat after a long day of meetings. I was pleasantly surprised to find modern amenities, including Chromecast, which allowed me to unwind with my favorite shows from the comfort of my room.

One of the highlights of my stay was the convenience of having a Starbucks onsite and a great restaurant for breakfast.

While the gym facilities were slightly smaller than what I'm accustomed to, they were well-maintained and equipped with everything I needed to stay on top of my fitness routine.

In summary, the Hyatt Regency Sarasota exceeded my expectations in every aspect. From the attentive staff to the comfortable accommodations and convenient onsite amenities, Despite only being here overnight, I highly recommend it to fellow travelers looking for a seamless blend of luxury and convenience in Sarasota.

Great resort! Across from. THE Bay- a public park with outdoor art, playgrounds, kayaking, great little food bar, bicycle paths, walking path through mangroves. Pool, hot tub, free kayaks, SUP, pedalboats.

Waited on hold twice for 20 minutes trying to reserve a room. Can’t reserve online due to specific needs. Poor form, Hyatt

Do not be deceived by the Hyatt name brand. Being a Hyatt World member means nothing to this establishment. There are no perks whatsoever or even recognized. The location is decent and walking distance. The bathroom was extremely small barely could open the door to walk in. The hallway was musty with a smell of sewage or as if someone dropped a bucket of chum, Bait Box. The ice machine was not working as it was leaking all over the place for the entire stay. We even witnessed a small child run to the vending machine and excitement and literally slid across and slammed into the wall hurting themselves. No maintenance was ever done to remedy the situation just witnessed several towels being laid out to soak up the water. Again, Ain't No Frills location and extremely overpriced for what you receive and return. Spend the extra couple dollars and stay across the bay at the Ritz where they value their customers and not treat them like second class.

Other than location and friendly service, felt overpriced for what the hotel offered. Self parking is $25 and valet is $40 plus the resort fee of $30... with no breakfast included. Will look into other options next time I visit Sarasota.
