MUSEUM OF FINE ARTS
A traditional Florida museum with a rich permanent collection of art and many works by young people
This imposing building, in the Palladian style, on the waterfront, houses a permanent collection of art as rich as it is eclectic: European, American, pre-Columbian... The 20th century works are particularly numerous. A section is dedicated to impressionism with notably works by Monet. Between the tableware, African art, Chinese wall hangings and a work by Rodin, you will certainly find what you are looking for! It is also one of the only traditional museums in Florida to house traveling collections of young international artists.

Quelques belles œuvres américaines ( Georgia O’ Keefe, Childe Hassam) et surtout françaises (Vigier Lebrun, Picabia, Jules Lefebvre, Lebasque, G-D de Monfreid, Raoul Dufy, Georges Braque, K. van Dongen, Berhe Morisot, Eugène Boudin….) Vaut le détour (17 $ et 15 $ pour les seniors)
