Hello, could you please answer to my emails?
I've been sending a few ones for more than a month now and nobody answered.
Thanks,

We were moved to the sister hotel, which was lovely and very close by. Only one niggle, our balcony over looked the pool. Unfortunately, people were still in the pool at 9.00 p.m.

Let me start by saying that hotel is a nice place. It would have been my perfect getaway for two days, I really needed to rest but that didn’t happen so I went fishing in the morning came back around noon took a shower and went to sleep, 10 minutes after I can hear, chippy hammers banging on the wall and God knows what else all day, the hotel is on the construction and my room seems to be next to it, OK sometimes you gotta be understanding I went out for a late lunch came back. The next day was the same thing. Now I’m home and I see that I got charged $110 with $.50 and when I call that is the hotel fee Taxes and use of the parking lot. I wish that somebody would’ve said that there was a construction or that I was put on a different room so for the reason, I did not have a great experience.

When we arrived, a very unprofessional, rude and dismissive guy told us that they had no room for us and our reservation was canceled. Blatantly lied, claiming that he couldn’t get a hold of us by phone, text or email. (24 hrs earlier I received an inviting text message from them saying they couldn’t wait to see us the next day). We were provided with a very inconveniently located substitute hotel, which was a nuisance ( to say the least) while traveling with my 90 year old mother, but this complete and total lack of customer service skills and disregard for guests is just unbelievable.

We had a great stay. Very pleasant and accommodating staff. Clean and recently updated rooms with easy parking.

My family recently stayed at Faro Blanco and overall, our experience was positive. The staff were friendly, the restaurant was good, and our room was comfortable. However, I feel compelled to share an incident that marred our stay.

On the night of March 25th, 2024, while my wife was at the resort pool, she encountered a member of the night security staff. His behavior was completely unacceptable. Not only did he rudely ask my wife to leave the pool area, but he also made offensive remarks implying that she might be a foreigner who couldn't speak English like the other guests.

Despite promptly reporting the incident to the night manager, no appropriate action was taken, and there was a lack of follow-up. Additionally, there were multiple witnesses to this harassment, and there are videos capturing this behavior.

Such behavior is not only unprofessional but also deeply troubling. Every guest deserves to feel safe and respected during their stay

Flow up: Later in stay, the night pool access was completely shut off in which guest who dined at the restaurant are required to go through a side door from the parking lot in construction zone, there were people out by the dumpster and super sketchy, this place has no idea how to run a hotel. We are from south Florida and stay in the keys quite a bit, much better options, do not stay here.

This resort is under construction as of my stay in March 2024. Staff told me that it will continue to be under construction for some time. It was frustrating that we were not told this. I would verify before booking if it will still be under construction. Construction tape on the property, jackhammering by the pool and construction workers all around. They will be rebuilding the main pool so it will be down to one. We stayed on a floor that had not been remodeled yet and the bathroom was kinda gross. The hallway carpet was terrible and dirty and the elevators were always dirty too. I avoided hanging in the room as much as possible. The staff was wonderful however and there is a lot of potential.

Came in at the last minute on St. Patrick's day. The night auditor Marisol was so helpful and made my stay stress free. Thanks Marisol, your the best.

Room was in need of renovation. Stains on the rug, door jam broken, closet doors didn't close completely, blind in the room was tattered, cabinet door dirty, no phone service without being connected to their WiFi.
This is billed as a resort, but it is really just a hotel near the water. No real beach access. When they make up the room they don't replace the pool towels. You have to go to the front desk.
NOT A RESORT. They charge for parking, resort fees, no free breakfast. I would recommend looking around before booking here

The hotel has a great location near the walkable marina., the view is fantastic. We also stop by the nearby Sombrero Beach, highly recommend to go there for the sunset view, it's fabulous. For the hotel, It was nice to be given a glass of drink when we checked in. Breakfast great too. However, the room itself was just OK, pretty old room with not enough outlet, and they also charge $15/person resort fee plus a $20 parking fee, which is what I don't like about this hotel. And it's not like a 4- star hotel, 3 star I guess.

Zimmer hat eine gute Größe, sodass man Koffer gut ausbreiten kann. Ausstattung ist auch gut. Steht aber wohl auch kurz vor einer Renovierung.

This is a Resort. Most resorts I sayed in, don't charge you for everything separate. No breakfast included. Parking was another 20$ a day. We are early risers and we wanted coffee. You must pay for coffee, ok but we had to find the girl to make the coffee. Twice she was sleeping in a booth. Once we had to get the security guard to find her.
We parked on the side of the building. Never needed a keyboard, the door was never locked.
