EL ALBERGUE
Without a doubt, the best restaurant in town. It is located on the platform of the station, but it is not only reserved for the hotel guests. You can find here a fresh, healthy and inventive cuisine. Products from their vegetable garden, they even raise their own meat, produce coffee and a brandy. The Pachamanca, cooked in the traditional clay oven, is served on large outdoor tables. For lunch, make a reservation. The restaurant is more intimate. There are vegetarian options, homemade pasta or dishes to share. We liked the creamy rocoto de gallina . Garden.
