Visitors are transported from the very first steam locomotives to high-speed trains! The museography appeals to all the senses to understand the subject in its multiple dimensions. Numerous objects and documents, but above all equipment built in Belgium. The "Pays de Waes" or the "Type 12", the luxurious passenger carriages, the epic of the postal train or a driving simulator are among the jewels.

Magnifique musée du train qui raconte l'histoire du train ET UNE histoire en même temps. Scénographie envoutante.
Nos "grands ados" (20-22 ans) nous ont suivi avec des pieds de plombs ...... mais nous avons tous eu du mal à sortir du musée dans les temps.

10 euro l entrée mais musée qui vaut largement son prox. Explications de qualité lieu tres beau et grande collection de train. Nous y avons passé 2heures pour visiter.

Finally a powerful museography at the service of the train.Mulhouse should be inspired by this museum improvement to it his…indeed, the staging exposed historic rooms is exceptional. We really have the impression of being in the railway atmosphere of all these last years. The engines are welcoming, all railway accessories are present, with the history of the train in Belgium. Congratulations for the simulator leads a TGV and entertainment of the scale model of our childhood. Even Tintin was present this day…

Exceptionnel !!!!! Musée d'une modernité incroyable et possédant de petits trésors. La collection historique de ce musée est riche et variées (wagons, objets de la SNCB, photos , films, ....) et propose aussi un simulateur de conduite de train.
Expo temporaire sur le thème de Tintin pour le moment.

Une visite qui n'en finit pas. Des découvertes à chaque salle. La Belgique dispose enfin d'un musée des chemins de fer digne de ce nom.
Petit bémol sur l'exposition temporaire Tintin qui ne déborde pas d'imagination.
