Kenya Airways = la compagnie à fuir
Au cas où vous envisageriez de voler sur Kenya Airways ... voilà la pire compagnie aérienne jamais vue : vol annulé au dernier moment, sans solution de remplacement, 11h heures d'attente en conséquence, pas d'hébergement, pas d'accès au Lodge de l'aéroport, des queues d'attente interminables pour avoir une information, du personnel dépassé et totalement blasé par la situation ... vraiment à éviter absolument : choisissez n'importe quelle compagnie concurrente, mais pas Kenya Airways !

Vol aller annulé et avancé d une journée sans explication. Compliqué quand vous avez une réservation et des transferts.
Vol retour : la correspondance à nairobi a été annulée et reportée au lendemain. Bien évidemment sans explication. Nous avons du passer la nuit dans l aéroport. Personnel désagréable et pas serviable.
Une honte !
