National Archives in Nairobi to understand how the Kenyan nation defines itself and presents itself officially

Housed in the beautiful former Bank of India building, the National Archives is a valuable source of knowledge for researchers of Kenyan history. On the ground floor, there is a small but very interesting exhibition on display which includes documents of national history, photographs, art and paintings. A selected history of Kenya that is worth a look, if only to understand how the Kenyan nation defines itself and officially presents itself. History buffs will find it of interest.
