TIMAU RIVER LODGE
A lodge with a friendly atmosphere, made up of small and large houses, like the logging huts of the Canadian Great North
Since 1960, Mumtaz and Satish Wason, the owners of Indian origin, have kept this unique place alive. Tourism in Kenya has been declining in recent years, leaving little money for small renovations... but you will find authenticity and kindness here. It is an astonishing set of cottages of all sizes resembling lumberjack huts of the Canadian Great North. Among these cottages wander all sorts of animals: ducks, geese, sheep, turkeys, dogs... A relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
