Opened in the summer of 2018, Es Taller brings a breath of fresh air to Valldemossa's culinary offerings. The decor itself is modern, between tropical plants and industrial-inspired tables, and the welcome most friendly. On the plate, local products are favoured, arranged in the form of revisited tapas or more hearty dishes: Halloumi quesadilla with fresh spinach, fish ceviche, octopus and prawns with passion fruit or crispy duck confit. And don't forget, for dessert, the coconut panna cotta with red fruits!
