You have to leave Paraty to discover this "alchemy of flavors". Chef Luciana has set the bar high in her establishment on Route de Cunha. In a setting that is at once simple, family-friendly and romantic, the heart that Luciana puts into her cooking can be felt from the moment you enter the aptly named "Bistrô Alquimia dos Sabores". The filet mignon with strawberry jam, the shrimps flambéed with black rice and the desserts are all delicacies. A must-try.
