On Rue Samuel da Costa, one of Paraty's busiest streets, our eye was drawn to this pleasant establishment. As in a fable, the plumage here resembles the ramage. The aesthetics of the dishes are matched only by their taste! Delicately decorated with edible flowers, the dishes are of great finesse. Filet mignon with mushroom risotto and robalo en croûte on a bed of greens are just a few of the dishes on offer, executed with brio. A fine address.
