For almost 20 years, Paulista chef Ana Bueno has been based in Paraty. Good for her. This restaurant is undoubtedly one of the best in Paraty, with a romantic and sophisticated atmosphere. The restaurant specializes in typical regional Caiçara cuisine. Enjoy octopus or fish marinated with mango, purple onions and coconut sauce. For dessert, the baked banana with a scoop of doce de leite ice cream and crushed peanuts is a must. The dish is delicious and the bill a little salty, of course.
