Right in the historic center, this new restaurant in Paraty offers a rather original menu (typical dishes enhanced by lesser-known flavors), including seafood specialties. There's also a good cocktail menu, perfect for an aperitif. The street-side terrace tables give the place a convivial feel. The decor is pleasant, with white canvases interwoven with wooden beams on the ceiling. The atmosphere is both chic and simple.
