At last, a gourmet restaurant in El Nido! With a French chef at the helm, it's a very interesting culinary experience that's new to El Nido. Eight dishes are on the menu, with accompanying wines and cocktails worthy of a true mixologist. The menu varies according to the chef's whims and seasonal produce. The plates are veritable explosions of color and flavor, the presentation finely executed, all in a typical setting. An excellent address for connoisseurs of fusion cuisine.

We had a lovely evening. Amazing fusion of france and Phillipines cuisine. Thanks to Maki and of course the chef the whole diner was a great experience.

Magnifique expérience ! Un gastronomique à El Nido , jamais on y aurait cru.
Cuisine avec des produits locaux, plats raffinés et un chef à l’écoute des clients. Le service n’est pas en reste.
Et la cerise sur le gâteau : un accord mets et cocktails comme peu de restaurants français en font.
Tout était parfait du début à la fin.

J ai passé une super soirée. On a pris l option 8 plats avec les cocktails associés.
Je me suis régalé du début à la fin.
Des mélanges de saveurs de texture, excellent.
Le personnel est tfès sympatique et toujours souriants.
On a pu discuter avec le chef, un français de Marseille. Le gars super sympa.
Je recommande vraiment ce resto.
Ca vaut un 2 étoiles chez nous et pour un prix très raisonnable.

The best at El Nido and around

The food was absolutely incredible and our favourite by far in El Nido and Unforgettable. Such a great mix of cuisine, locally sourced so the menu changes. The photos I've taken don't do it justice. It's incredibly good value aswell. My husband had the cocktail pairing and absolutely loved it (3 cocktails).
We left very happy and comfortably full.
Ps. The same owner owns Baba street food in town which we really enjoyed too!
