La Varangue du Lagon is also known for its delicious traditional cuisine, prepared with fresh, local ingredients. Creole dishes, delighting the taste buds with exotic, spicy flavors, are also its specialty. Let yourself be tempted by Creole tapas, crispy samoussas or Reunion bouchons. For meat lovers, wood-fired grills are a must. The menu also features fresh fish specialties, evoking the richness of the surrounding waters with every bite.
