Restaurant offering products that come from local producers.
After graduating from the Institut Paul Bocuse, Rémi Laroque travelled the length and breadth of France, working in a number of renowned restaurants. He decided to open his own in his native region. The 4, 7 or 9-course menus invite you to give him carte blanche, for total discovery. Dishes are created according to the seasons and the chef's inspiration. Everything is cooked fresh, nothing is reheated. Products are sourced from local producers. The decor is sober, elegant and modern. The walls feature paintings by artist Cofee.
