Michel Izoulet and his wife have retired and sold the Bar d'O. At the head of the establishment, we now find Sylvain Gimel, who had already been working there for 4 years, and the trio from the neighboring restaurant, La Table au plafond: Yoann Cadez, Ugo Cadez, Pierre Zamengo. After some work, the kitchen is now open and the regulars are reassured. The institution that is the Bar d'O keeps its proposal: at noon, brasserie with home-made dishes and in the evening, place for aperitif boards. On the last Saturday of the month, a snack is offered, during which the local cuisine is honored: tripe, coq au vin, stuffed cabbage... to be shared without moderation!
