LE BAR D'O
Michel Izoulet and his wife have retired and sold the Bar d'O. At the head of the establishment we now find Sylvain Gimel, who has been in charge of the place for 4 years, and the trio of La Table au plafond: Yoann Cadez, Ugo Cadez, Pierre Zamengo. After some work, including the kitchen which is now open, the regulars can rest assured that the institution that is the Bar d'O keeps its proposal: brasserie at noon and in the evening, cheese boards, delicatessen, etc. On Saturday mornings, there will be snacks available, during which the local cuisine will be honored: tripe, coq au vin, stuffed cabbage... to be shared without moderation!
