Charming guesthouse in an old shophouse, with modern, comfortable, fully-equipped rooms, tour suggestions.
Charming guesthouse located in an old shophouse in the heart of Talat Yai (Old Town). The 15 rooms are comfortable and well-equipped but the cheaper ones can be a little small. Modern decor, waxed concrete in the bathrooms, it's impeccable. The set exudes a lot of charm. Welcome a little blurred but friendly by the family who manages the establishment. We will give you excellent advice for your visits and excursions. Recommended.

This is a really characterful, charming guesthouse. It's cosy and quiet, the fountain area is lovely and calming and I love the wooden floors and coloured glass. The location is also really but however it's not without it's problems:
The rooms are tiny so there's no room for you to put your luggage. There are many, many plug sockets but most of them didn't seem to work or only worked when the lights were on.
The most frustrating part was the owners, it's almost impossible to communicate with the son (who must be late 40s), he mumbles quietly in Thai and he would walk past me like I wasn't even there. I needed some laundry doing and it resulting in him coming to my room twice and me even using the Google translate app just to tell him that yes, the laundry is mine. Really bizarre.
The AC was very weak and barely worked and as others have mentioned you can hear almost everything going on in rooms around you.
The rooms were clean and if it wasn't for the creepy, downright weird owner I'd consider staying here again.

Bare-bones room. Bring earplugs: the ceilings and the walls are paper-thin, and the AC is very loud. No safe for valuables. The location is great, but there are better places around

- Khi đến nơi nhân phòng họ tỏ ra không thân thiện khi mình là người Việt không phải Trung Quốc.
- Phòng nhìn trên hình sáng, đến khi nhận phòng từ hành lang đến trong phòng đều rất tối, đặc biệt là phòng đèn vàng không đủ sáng để trang điểm, khá cũ và có mùi ẩm trong khá là u ám.
- Khi book phòng trên app ghi rõ là Check out lúc 12 giờ.Đến 11 giờ nhân viên bắt buộc mình phải check out vì họ bảo phải check out lúc 11 giờ.

-No curtains the light through the grass windows. It’s hard to sleep.
No hair dryer
-TV remote control is full of dirt. The bed curtains also. I have to take it down to block the light but it doesn’t matter.
