This organic cooking school offers one-day or longer courses in the preparation of a choice of some twenty Thai dishes. The kitchen is located almost on the seafront, near the bar of the establishment, which also offers clean, well-appointed rooms. The Norwegian manager, Junie, has over 25 years' experience in the kitchen and has also published a cookbook. In addition, she has set up Lanta Animal Welfare in Long Beach to help the island's many strays.
