Cooking classes in a pleasant, superbly equipped room with 4 different programs. Carving Fruit & Vegetable (Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings) to learn how to carve fruit and vegetables for an attractive presentation. Market Tour Lunch (Monday, Wednesday and Saturday) will teach you how to select ingredients at the market and then prepare a lunch. Cooking Lunch (Tuesday, Thursday and Friday) is the same program without the market tour. Finally, the Cooking Dinner (Monday to Saturday, 4pm to 9pm) teaches you how to prepare a complete meal.
