LE CANTON (BERJAYA BEAU VALLON BAY)
Over the years, the Chinese at Beau Vallon Hotel has built a good reputation. It is "the Chinese" in the Seychelles. Cantonese cuisine is interpreted in some authenticity. Some of the à la carte dishes are well recommendable duck from frites shrimps to cashew and chicken baked chicken soup in sweet potato soup, from fried noodles to vegetables and pork sweet sour sauce. Open midday and evening, this table allows to dépayser its papillae when you start to be saturated with Creole sauce. Just next door, the Japanese counter, the Teppanyaki, is also a good option to change a little. The menus (from 475 SR) are rather rich.
